Questions before you buy, help with a file, or a refund: one address for all of them.

You get a reply within three business days. You can write in English or French.

What to include

  • the template, and whether you bought it on kitsouk.com or on Etsy;
  • the email address used for the order;
  • which file and which tab, and what you see;
  • a screenshot, if you can.

Finding your files again

Sign in to Etsy in a web browser, open Purchases, then choose Download Files. The Etsy app does not download digital files.

Who you are writing to

Kitsouk is run by one person, based in Morocco. Orders are paid through Etsy, in the KitsoukStudio shop. The terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy say how each one works.
