Who makes the templates
Kitsouk is the trade name of an individual based in Morocco, who makes the templates, licenses them to buyers and answers support. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean that person, and "you" means the buyer. Contact: hello@kitsouk.com.
Who sells them to you and takes the payment
Orders placed on kitsouk.com are handled by Creem (creem.io), which acts as merchant of record. Creem resells the template to you, takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Creem's buyer terms apply to that sale, and they prevail over these terms where the two differ. The charge appears on your statement under Creem's name.
Orders placed in the KitsoukStudio shop on Etsy are handled and paid through Etsy, under Etsy's terms.
What you buy
Each template is a digital download: spreadsheet files in .xlsx format and, where its product page lists one, a PDF guide. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists the files, the tabs, and the apps the files were built for and tested in.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT due where you live is added at checkout.
Delivery
After payment on kitsouk.com, Creem emails you a receipt with a download link to its customer portal, where you download the files. For an Etsy order, the files are in your Etsy purchases.
Your license
When you buy a template, you may:
- use it for yourself, your household or your own business;
- keep copies on your own devices and accounts, and make backups;
- change it for your own use.
You may not resell, share, give away or publish the files, or versions you changed, alone or as part of another product. The figures you type in your copy are yours.
A planning tool, not advice
The templates calculate from the numbers you type. They are planning tools, not financial, tax or legal advice. The debt payoff figures estimate interest each month from the APR you enter, so a lender's statements can differ from them.
When a file does not work
Write to hello@kitsouk.com. The refund policy says when you get your money back.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, my liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in force on the day you bought applies to your purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
