Visiting kitsouk.com

The site has no accounts, no forms, no comments and no newsletter. It sets no tracking cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social media scripts.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address and the type of browser, under the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Buying a template

On kitsouk.com, Creem processes your order and your payment as merchant of record, under the Creem privacy policy. Creem shares with me the order details I need to deliver and support your purchase, such as your name, email address, country and the product you bought. I do not receive your card details.

On Etsy, Etsy processes your order and your payment under the Etsy privacy policy, and shares with me the order details that Etsy gives its sellers.

Writing to me

Email sent to is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail). I use your email only to answer you and to settle anything about your order, such as a corrected file or a refund, and I keep it only as long as that takes. I do not add you to any mailing list.

The templates

The templates are files that run in your own spreadsheet app. They contain no macros and no links to other files, and they send nothing to me. What you type stays in your file, on your device or in your own cloud account.

What I never do

I do not sell or rent personal data, and I do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to . Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data gives you these rights, and so may the law of the country where you live, such as the GDPR in the European Union. For data that Creem or Etsy hold, you can also write to them directly.

Changes

If kitsouk.com ever starts using analytics or cookies, this policy will be updated first, with a new date at the top.
